It´s funny to watch the Tourist Hunter!: ) From Mandalay join the "Slow Boat" on Wed and Sundays, leaving at 5.30am. Ticket buy on the Boat. Bring enough food and water with you. Fried Rice costs around 2000K !! In Nyaung U, it´s possible to not paying the 10 U$ for the entrance fee for Bagan Archaeological Zone! If you arrive, try to go outside from the mainstreet until the first village is over (Don´t use a torch!). Other possibility: If you arrive, go to the right side of the small village and go fast. Go there, where is no light!(Don´t use a torch!) Good luck! : )

Don´t miss "Win Nyunt traditional burmese Massage", complete body massage for 3000K and takes more than 1 hour! Near "Golden Kite Restaurant".
• Bago - San Francisco Motel, Singleroom, 3 U$, withoutl Breakfast, private Bathroom. It´s ok! Possibility: If you arrive Bago at around 5 am, so don´t go sleep, visit the temples in the morning and you can safe your money! A Ticket covers the entrance to Shwethalayung, Shemawdaw Paya, Mahazaedi Paya, Kyaik Pun Paya and the Kanbawzathadi Palace and costs 10 U$. Temples, i visited without a ticket, i marks bold. The other one, it was enough for me to see those from the outside.

• Mae Sariang - Road Side Guesthouse (next to the Busstation), Singleroom, 100 B. Bargain! Good! I don´t slept there, but the owner(name: Aekkasan) gave me his business card, i think it could be fine. Normal Price is 200 - 250B. Say him you stay in rooms only for 100B. So i got this price of 100B. If not, on the same street, are plenty other one.
• Chiang Mai - Whiskey Guesthouse, Singleroom, 100 B, without Breakfast, private Bathroom. It´s ok! Better solution, Jullies Guesthouse (there you can feel like at home, price: 100 - 350B) I don´t slept there, but it looks very very nice! From the Aracde Busstation, there are motorbike transport possiblities, I´ve got the price of 40B. May its possible for less. Try your best.
• Mae Salong - Shin Sane Guesthouse, Singleroom, 50 B, without Breakfast, shared Bathroom. Good! Internet 1h/10B, Laundry for free, Guide Map for free, Horse riding 400B, Motorbike for rent 200B for one day. Mae Salong is a amazing place and as well as laid back! Hilltribes on the streets, nice fresh air, nice trekking. My own opinion is, that the food on the "Little House Guesthouse" (beside Shin Sane) is more tasty and better for the same price(mostly 30B)..and bottles of water refilling for free,as well!

• Guilin - Flowers Youth Hostel, Dorm, 30Y, shared Bathroom, hot shower. Good! Internet: Exit the Hostel and turn at the main street to the right and keep going until you see some posters/advertisement of Games on the right side, 1h/2Y. Takes around 5 min. walk from the Hostel.
• Yangshuo - Xi Jie Hostel, Dorm, 15 - 25Y, shared Bathroom, hot shower. Very Good! Bargain! Internet: For free in the Guest House, but very slow. Nice view from the roof and from the garden. This Hostel is on the Xi Jie road. A big yellow sign with red letters on the right, coming from Guilin.
• Hongkong / Kowloon - Garden Hostel (Flat F4-1, 3/F., Mirador Manison, 58 Nathan Road, T.S.T. Kowloon), Dorm, 60Y, shared Bathroom, hot shower. Good! Internet: In the Hostel 1h/20Y, some floors up a Internetshop 1h/10Y. Ask on the front desk.
• Lhasa / Tibet - Phuntsok Khasang Intl. Youth Hostel, Dorm, 20Y (Wintertime), private Bathroom, hot shower. Best ever! With waterboiler for drinking Water. Internet: In the Hostel 1h/4Y and Wifi for free. Nice view from the roof for Potala Palaca and surrounding Mountains and also from the rooms to the east! www.tibetinn.cn
• Shigatse / Tibet - Shambhala Hotel, Dorm, 20Y (Wintertime), shared Bathroom, no info about shower. Good!
• Dingri (Old Tingri) / Tibet - Namtso Restaurant, Doubleroom, 20Y (Wintertime), no Bathroom, no shower. For sleeping ok! Nice view for Mt.Everest and Cho Oyu behind the buildings in the south.

• Kathmandu - Happy Home Guest House, Dorm, 75R, shared Bathroom, hot shower. Good! Internet: You can reach Wifi for free. Pakistan Visa: 30 US Dollar (German Passport), you need one "Autosize"-Picture( very small one-you can get it very close to the embassy), 2 normal size, 1 Copy of your Passport and a recommondation letter from your Embassy (20 Euro in German Embassy and takes half day). Pakistan Visa takes 3 days and you can get 3 months, which start from the issue date.
• Pokhara - Karki Guest House, Dorm, 75R, shared Bathroom, hot shower. Good! Internet: 1h/20R in Damside. Food: Damside or some local foodstores around lakeside.
• Bandipur - Pradhan Hostel, Double Room, 150R, shared Bathroom, hot shower. Good! Nice View on the top.
• Daman - Everest Hotel Lodge, Bed, 75R, Bathroom on the street. For sleeping it´s ok!

• Istanbul - Ferry from Istanbul to Yalova costs 12 TL. If you are going with bicycle, it costs 4 TL more. The ride takes almost 1,5 to 2 hours.
• Eskisehir - If you come to this modern city, you have to visit Varuna Cafe and Varuna Gezgin. It is in the Center of the city. Close to the trainstation. There you will get information for everything you need as well as very cozy spending time. Ask for the others bars and cafe´s. You will find the world in one place!! Its one destination, you have to visit in your life! Try the drink "Selap".
• Ankara - Visa information for Iran, Kyrgyzstan ( Kirgisistan, Kirgisien, Kyrgysstan, Кыргызстан )and Uzbekistan ( Oʻzbekiston, Usbekistan ):
All of them you can find by Bus number: 185 and 188. Costs one way 1,70 TL. For some buses you will need a Ticket ( you can get it on the Metrostations or ask some People where to get. You can buy the Ticket for two ways 3,40 TL and more). This informations are going from the Trainstation Ankara and/or Kizilay (Center of Ankara).

Normally you will get your visa on same day, actually after you brought the receipt of the Seker Bank for paid money in.

From Trainstation take Metro to Kizilay (Center of Ankara). Take "Milli Müdafa Cad." Exit. So, now you are at Kizilay. From the Exit just turn 180° and go to the big street. There are coming and going lots of buses. You will also find some Signs with numbers of buses. Have a look for Bus Number 185/188. Actually its the second sign. Take the Bus and show people the address. They will tell you where to get off, but just nearby. The busride will takes almost 20 to 30 minutes (depends on traffic). For your own orientation, have a look for a red Petrolstation (Wolfs Head and a "P") with Burger King on the left site. Opposite of these Petrol Station is the Seker Bank you will need to go after you know how much to pay. So, you still in the bus and going up a hill for almost 3 to 5 minutes. After the hill you will see a big RED Building with some Appartments in front of you, actually on the left site of the street.. To be sure, you are right, there has to be a big Taxi stop and a small mosque on the same site as the RED building is. There is also a Traffic Light. You need to get off there. So, just cross the big street and ask at the Taxi Station. You are just 300 meters away from it. For paying the money into the Seker Bank, take the Bus 185/188 to going down back the road to the petrol station. After paid the money, you can take the same way to the embassy, as you came from the city. You can also walk to the Bank, takes almost 15 minutes down and almost 20 minutes back to Embassy. Notice: you need also to wait in the bank for paying the money. Just in case you are in rush. Taxi costs 6 TL down and back same i guess.
